As a participant of this course, you will take on the role of an Operating Model Designer, responsible for leading and driving successful transformation and delivering outcomes of value for a real-world business problem in a case study project.
Operating Model Transformation Design (OMTD) is one of the two courses in the
Transforming Operating Models with Service Design (TOMS) Path and Program, along with sister course Data-Driven Transformation Service Design (DATS).
